Fontes de dados

Quando o app indica a loja de uma torrefação — nos cartões de Similares e do Explorar ou na página de um café —, o nome, o endereço e a localização dessa loja vêm em parte de dados abertos, assim como parte da lista de torrefações que ele conhece; a distância exibida é calculada pelo nosso servidor a partir dessa localização e da sua localização arredondada. Essas fontes são creditadas aqui como as respectivas licenças exigem:

• Nomes, endereços e localizações dos estabelecimentos na França: o registro Sirene do Insee, por meio da API Recherche d’entreprises, sob a Licence Ouverte 2.0.
• Localizações dos endereços que as torrefações publicam nos próprios sites: a Base Adresse Nationale, sob a Licence Ouverte 2.0, e, onde ela não tem resposta, © contribuidores do OpenStreetMap, sob a Open Database License, por meio do geocodificador Photon da Komoot.
• Localizações dos endereços que as torrefações canadenses publicam nos próprios sites: o serviço de geolocalização da Natural Resources Canada — contém informações licenciadas sob a Open Government Licence – Canada.
• Parte da lista de torrefações, encontrada entre os lugares que a Overture Maps Foundation publica, sob a licença CDLA Permissive 2.0, incluindo dados © 2024 Foursquare Labs, Inc. (todos os direitos reservados), sob a licença Apache 2.0 (aviso).
• Localizações dos endereços que as torrefações americanas publicam nos próprios sites: o Geocoder do U.S. Census Bureau, uma obra do governo dos Estados Unidos em domínio público.
• Parte da lista de torrefações belgas, encontrada nos dados abertos do Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (FPS Economy), reutilizados nos termos das respectivas condições de uso.
• Localizações dos endereços que as torrefações holandesas publicam nos próprios sites: o Locatieserver do PDOK, baseado na Basisregistratie Adressen en Gebouwen (BAG) do Kadaster, sob a CC0.
• Localizações dos endereços que as torrefações espanholas publicam nos próprios sites: o geocodificador CartoCiudad do Instituto Geográfico Nacional, creditado como “CartoCiudad cedido por © Instituto Geográfico Nacional”, sob a licença CC BY 4.0.
• Parte da lista de torrefações mexicanas, e as localizações dos seus estabelecimentos, encontradas no Directorio Estadístico Nacional de Unidades Económicas (DENUE) do Instituto Nacional de Estadística y Geografía do México, creditado como “Fuente: INEGI, DENUE”, de acordo com as respectivas condições de livre uso.
• Parte da lista de torrefações brasileiras, e os endereços dos seus estabelecimentos, encontrados nos dados abertos do Cadastro Nacional da Pessoa Jurídica (CNPJ) da Receita Federal do Brasil, sob a licença Creative Commons Atribuição.
• Parte da lista de torrefações japonesas, encontrada nos dados de empresas que a Agência Nacional de Impostos do Japão publica no seu site de publicação dos números de empresa, creditada como “国税庁法人番号公表サイト（国税庁）を加工して作成” (elaborado a partir desses dados), sob a Public Data License 1.0.
